To read the website in your own language, you have the following options:
Chrome offers automatic translation of websites in other languages via this prompt. This feature is enabled by default and can be configured in Settings > Advanced > Languages.
Firefox users may choose from a number of third-party extensions for translating websites as described here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-add-translate-feature-firefox
The following app allows for translating websites from mobile Safari: https://apps.apple.com/de/app/microsoft-translator/id1018949559
To enable the Safari extension: Open Safari, tap the share button, tap More and enable Microsoft Translator. Automatic translation is now available via the share menu.
Generic Translation Tools
You can translate any website from any browser via the Google Translate website. Just visit translate.google.com and enter a web address in the left box, then follow the generated link in the right box.
